The stitching plant consists of all Juki machines both lock stitch, Over lock, Flat lock & Button hole & Button stitch. Along with all the allied machines required for finishing of garments. To start with we have an in house laboratory. First of all the grey Fabric is inspected & cleared for Dyeing. The dyed fabric is   carefully inspected & reports prepared about quality of dyeing, matching of trims etc. Then the sample of fabric is sent to our in-house laboratory for   checking color fastness to washing, crocking,Perspirations etc. Then shrinkages are checked & after clearing all the tests the fabric is given to production, where it is handled by experienced & knowledgeable people, who work on line also when the goods are being manufactured. The aim is to prevent the problemsinstead of curing it.
